Junior Accountant

Are you looking to grow your accounting career in the real estate industry? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai! If you have a solid accounting foundation and hands-on experience in UAE real estate, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and data entry
- Support bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare expense summaries, payment schedules, and basic financial reports
- Process supplier invoices, utility bills, and petty cash transactions
- Update tenant ledgers and assist with rent collections and payment follow-ups
- Support WPS salary processing and commission calculations
- Assist with VAT preparation and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with the Senior Accountant on month-end closing activities
- Prepare files and supporting documentation for audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of accounting experience
- UAE real estate accounting experience is a must
- Basic understanding of UAE accounting practices
- Experience in real estate or property management
- Familiarity with accounting software; Zoho is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good organizational and communication skills
