Property & Leasing Manager

Are you an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in leasing and property management? We’re looking for a proactive and organized Property & Leasing Manager to join our growing team in Dubai! If you have excellent knowledge of Dubai’s rental market, RERA regulations, and property operations, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full leasing cycle, including inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and contract signing
- Ensure tenancy contracts, renewals, and addendums comply with RERA regulations
- Maintain property listings, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure units are viewing-ready
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure units meet company standards before handover
- Manage tenant relations, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and escalated concerns
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, tenancy schedules, and property status
- Monitor rental trends, occupancy levels, and market conditions to support leasing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and external stakeholders
- Proactively manage the property portfolio and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
- Travel across Dubai to oversee multiple properties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in leasing and/or property management
- Strong knowledge of Dubai rental laws, RERA regulations, and Ejari processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and responsibilities independently
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or property management systems is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and own car are required
