Senior Property Consultant

Are you an experienced real estate professional with a strong understanding of the Dubai property market and a proven track record of closing deals? We’re looking for a motivated, target-driven Senior Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and company-provided sources
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and consistent follow-ups
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities
- Stay up to date with Dubai communities, developers, market trends, and new launches
- List properties and coordinate with the marketing team to maximize exposure
- Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure smooth documentation and compliance
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate sales experience — mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and market dynamics
- Proven track record of closing off-plan and/or secondary market deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
